Enclosure roof heaters left on since we were right at freezing and I wanted to try to melt some of the ice/snow. I turned them off at the end of the night since I wasn't sure if we were going to get sun or more snow and the temps were -4.3C, so they probably aren't doing much now. About 1-2 inches of snow fell after 4AM. I also found the rotator at about -6 degrees when I dis-mounted the instrument tonight. I commanded it to 0 when I closed up. Perhaps I accidently rotated it when I took the instrument off tonight??? The TCC reported it at -6 deg when I came back downstairs so I am not sure what happened. It was not commanded to -6 degrees while the motors were active. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFNVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 32 31 4 266 (W) -- Cloudy Lt.
