Everything worked well. The first-half observer did notice poor tracking in the azimuth direction on some targets in the SW. Guiding improved the tracking, so it was apparently a slow problem such as an imperfect pointing model, rather than drive oscillations. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:45 SPIcam 100(964) 133 47 3.4/3.8 311 12 r' 0.93 17:47 NA2gdr -2964(30035)134 47 3.4/3.7 325 16 R 0.82 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 41 11 6 299 (WNW) 331 clear none 17:01 39 14 10 347 (NNW) 419 clear none 18:01 38 14 12 350 (N) 368 clear none 19:01 38 14 10 10 (N) 308 clear none 20:01 38 12 14 356 (N) 333 clear none 21:01 38 9 6 2 (N) 300 clear none 22:01 37 11 13 15 (NNE) 358 clear none 23:01 36 10 17 27 (NNE) 492 clear none 00:01 37 9 9 31 (NNE) 362 clear none 01:01 36 8 14 27 (NNE) 240 clear none 02:01 37 10 11 3 (N) 391 clear none 03:01 37 12 6 349 (NNW) 645 clear none 04:01 36 12 13 327 (NNW) 668 clear none 05:01 36 12 9 309 (NW) 458 clear none 06:01 37 12 13 286 (WNW) 408 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
