Seeing was moderate. The telescope behaved well, happier with the warmer weather. There was one hard crash of the NA2 guider which required a power cycle. This took a while to clear up do to a brain failure on my part, but it didn't cost any observing time. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:48 SPIcam 50(731) 170 58 0.6/0.5 338 17 g 1.36 17:50 NA2gdr -3500(29500)171 58 0.5/0.5 304 13 R 0.93 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 33 18 8 316 (NW) 99 mstly clr none 17:01 33 18 10 298 (WNW) 80 mstly clr none 18:01 33 19 9 313 (NW) 75 clear none 19:01 36 21 20 323 (NW) 91 clear none 20:01 35 21 20 329 (NNW) 145 clear none 21:01 34 19 12 279 (W) 128 clear none 22:01 35 18 9 268 (W) 94 clear none 23:01 35 10 14 273 (W) 358 clear none 00:01 36 12 16 266 (W) 300 clear none 01:01 35 17 14 289 (WNW) 244 clear none 02:01 36 19 20 271 (W) 193 ptly cldy none 03:01 36 19 19 281 (W) 160 clear none 04:01 35 17 15 268 (W) 297 clear none 05:01 35 15 12 250 (WSW) 1369 clear none 06:01 34 17 11 275 (W) 656 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
