The dcam nub got locked up once during first half and needed to be restarted, taking only a minute. Then during second half the DIS slitviewer suddenly started returning images that were all zeroes. I was unable to get it reinitialized, but found that we could still get normal images with the old slitview program, so I had the observer change over and lost only a little time. Everything else worked normally. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEDFNVOG) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- PU03 D I/S 03:44 03:56 dcam gave bad images to TUI ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:54 DISslit 75(964) 127 50 6.5/8.1 258 10 - 1.1 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 48 27 8 259 (W) clear none 17:01 46 27 8 266 (W) clear none 18:01 44 27 12 240 (WSW) clear none 19:01 44 27 15 236 (SW) clear none 20:01 43 27 16 236 (SW) clear none 21:01 43 27 11 262 (W) clear none 22:01 43 27 11 264 (W) clear none 23:01 42 26 8 267 (W) clear none 00:01 42 25 3 352 (N) clear none 01:01 41 21 12 34 (NE) clear none 02:01 40 19 18 11 (N) clear none 03:01 39 22 24 11 (N) clear none 04:01 38 23 30 22 (NNE) clear none 05:01 37 20 23 12 (NNE) clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
