The dewpoint depression finally went below the closer limits and I was able to open around 2AM. The NA2 filter wheel got lost on the first exposure I tried to guide on. I re-homed it (after trying in vain Craig's new nudge commands for the wheel) and all was happy again. We noticed a quirk in the offsets for TUI from slitview when using absolute offsets for the first offset, I submitted a PR on it. The guider also had stray light entering into it (moonlight most likely) that made a few guide frames difficult to guide on because of the wash. I think this was light reflecting off the baffle itself or indirectly off another surface (the moon was full and it was pretty bright in the dome and the telescope was maybe 20-30 degrees above it). Seeing was pretty decent all second half at about 1 arc sec off the guider. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFNVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 02:11 DISslit -250(517) 32 75 -0.8/0.2 310 24 none 1.0 02:20 NA2gdr 29(31029) 24 76 -0.9/-0.1 307 18 clear 0.76 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 37 30 15 268 (W) Pt.
