At around midnight the skies cleared and the dewpoint differential slowly grew enough that we were able to open at 0100. There was just enough time for focusing and completion of the instrument block before the wind shifted from east to south and the humidity again spiked closing us down for the remainder of the night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:33 NICFPS 35(1477) -31 55 5.5/6.5 150 6 2.12 0.70 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 47 40 7 58 (ENE) 127 cloudy humid 17:01 43 40 11 75 (ENE) 257 cloudy humid 18:01 43 38 12 64 (ENE) 311 cloudy humid 19:01 41 39 16 60 (ENE) 369 cloudy humid 20:01 42 40 19 56 (NE) 773 cloudy humid 21:01 41 40 15 71 (ENE) 1643 cloudy humid 22:01 42 37 17 66 (ENE) 418 cloudy humid 23:01 42 38 9 86 (E) 409 cloudy humid 00:01 42 37 8 77 (ENE) 325 clear humid 01:01 43 35 7 93 (E) 181 clear none 02:01 42 36 4 185 (S) 236 clear none 03:01 41 38 7 182 (S) 391 prtly cldy humid 04:01 41 37 11 141 (SE) 277 clear humid 05:01 40 38 10 138 (SE) 380 clear humid Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
