We had a variety of clouds, seeing conditions, and dust and humidity levels, with the worst of everything during first half. But we never had to close, and eventually the weather calmed down and became borderline photometric by morning. The telescope and instruments performed very nicely. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:13 DISslit -50(1649) 51 60 16.8/19.7 224 13 - 1.4 01:35 SPIcam 100(1728) 20 49 14.3/13.9 185 18 R 1.08 01:37 NA2gdr 233(49233) 20 49 14.3/13.9 185 18 R 1.49 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 75 29 22 199 (SSW) 1510 mstly clr none 17:01 74 28 21 223 (SW) 1464 mstly clr none 18:01 73 27 15 216 (SW) 1531 ptly cldy none 19:01 70 25 14 245 (WSW) 1336 ptly cldy none 20:01 65 25 10 262 (W) 1409 ptly cldy none 21:01 63 24 10 233 (SW) 1194 ptly cldy none 22:01 57 39 21 146 (SE) 1231 ptly cldy none 23:01 56 40 26 131 (SE) 1438 ptly cldy none 00:01 55 41 22 129 (SE) 1072 ptly cldy none 01:01 58 39 23 178 (S) 1150 ptly cldy none 02:01 57 39 22 169 (SSE) 1020 ptly cldy none 03:01 56 43 26 184 (S) 1775 mstly clr none 04:01 55 40 13 163 (SSE) 1586 mstly clr none 05:01 56 39 17 173 (S) 1826 clear none 06:01 54 40 12 165 (SSE) 1678 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
