It remained just below the closure limits for wind and dust the remainder of the night. Not being able to ventilate properly seeing conditions suffered some. Wind shake was visible throughout both halves as well. Otherwise, the night went by smoothly. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:28 dis-slit -125(1262) 167 77 11.4/13.0 265 19 - 1.01 21:43 NA2gdr -5859(43240)183 77 11.2/12.6 258 18 R+nd2 1.01 01:17 dis-slit 25(1282) 216 75 9.9/10.1 274 25 - 1.04 01:25 NA2gdr -4116(44983)221 76 9.7/10.0 293 22 R+ND2 1.0 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 60 16 32 271 (W) 3176 clear dust, wind gusts 17:01 59 17 29 238 (WSW) 3517 clear dust, wind gusts 18:01 60 18 31 252 (WSW) 4180 clear dust, wind gusts 19:01 57 16 26 253 (WSW) 3878 clear dust, wind gusts 20:01 54 18 27 252 (WSW) 3816 clear dust, wind gusts 21:01 53 19 27 267 (W) 2483 clear dust, wind gusts 22:01 52 19 17 267 (W) 2217 clear dust, wind gusts 23:01 52 20 20 259 (W) 1995 clear dust, wind gusts 00:01 50 21 15 270 (W) 1989 clear dust, wind gusts 01:01 50 22 27 281 (W) 2074 clear dust, wind gusts 02:01 49 22 23 290 (WNW) 2162 clear dust, wind gusts 03:01 48 23 22 291 (WNW) 1924 clear dust, wind gusts 04:01 47 23 24 297 (WNW) 1752 clear wind gusts 05:01 46 25 15 284 (WNW) 1866 clear dust 06:01 45 28 6 340 (NNW) 2361 clear dust Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
