We re-opened right at sunset and got going as soon as it was dark enough to focus. Skies were mostly clear, with moderate but variable seeing. Humidity wandered up several times toward the limit, especially once the telescope had cooled to below the air temperature. There was one crash of the NA2 guider Mac, which was resolved with no time lost. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:00 DISslit -75(846) 124 59 -0.5/2.7 221 2 - 1.41 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 34 26 7 302 (WNW) 720 ptly cldy none 17:01 36 19 7 261 (W) 712 ptly cldy none 18:01 36 19 1 295 (WNW) 664 mstly clr none 19:01 35 23 9 284 (WNW) 565 clear none 20:01 31 26 4 206 (SSW) 696 clear none 21:01 32 20 7 280 (W) 654 clear none 22:01 32 19 9 302 (WNW) 618 clear none 23:01 32 23 7 275 (W) 772 clear none 00:01 33 26 7 284 (WNW) 772 mstly clr none 01:01 33 26 7 321 (NW) 766 clear none 02:01 31 24 6 208 (SSW) 985 clear none 03:01 33 24 4 278 (W) 1061 clear none 04:01 32 24 2 202 (SSW) 1118 clear none 05:01 33 25 4 276 (W) 977 clear none 06:01 33 24 3 288 (WNW) 1037 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
