No chance of opening tonight as we had ice on the 3.5m enclosure and the lightning rods on the top of the dome were encased in ice. We also had blowing snow off the ground and trees so there was just too much risk in opening the enclosure tonight. Craig had SPIcam back for testing tonight. I tried it out and things seemed to be working (except for Bills Lens creation script, but I know he was working on that, it wouldn't execute to create scripts). It seemed to take images (biases) and was able to make offsets to the telescope (using a previously created Lens script). Telescope was parked due S and the roof heaters turned on when I left. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 25 20 19 306 (NW) - Cloudy Lt.
