As soon as we got on the sky evidence of condensation on the ccd window was seen blocking most of the field of view. We pushed data collection as close to sunrise as we could to try to get narrowband flats. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 02:32 gfp -50(1212) 156 75 7.0/7.9 358 6 7060 0.75 02:40 NA2gdr -2000(49000)163 76 7.1/7.8 312 13 R 0.75 ------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 51 36 8 276 (W) 441 cloudy none 17:01 48 34 8 289 (WNW) 448 cloudy none 18:01 47 35 7 270 (W) 435 cloudy none 19:01 47 35 9 299 (WNW) 1747 cloudy none 20:01 44 32 14 302 (WNW) 12964 cloudy dust 21:01 47 28 9 279 (W) 752 cloudy none 22:01 46 30 13 29 (NNE) 762 cloudy lt rain 23:01 46 29 6 332 (NNW) 709 cloudy none 00:01 47 29 9 38 (NE) 897 cloudy none 01:01 46 31 7 343 (NNW) 392 cloudy none 02:01 45 31 11 332 (NNW) 436 prtly cldy none 03:01 45 31 12 311 (NW) 596 prtly cldy none 04:01 44 31 16 324 (NW) 649 prtly cldy none 05:01 42 32 4 355 (N) 434 clear none 06:01 42 32 13 288 (WNW) 526 clear none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
