As soon as these disappeared we opened. Seeing was moderate duing first half. There were no real problems other than some additional adjustment will be needed on the right hand dome shutter door which now makes an unexpected loud boom when it bounces off the hard stop when opened. 2nd Half Observing Specialist: R.McMillan Second half had widespread thin cirrus and moderate to good seeing. Everything worked very smoothly and peacefully until the observers had exhausted their list of targets bright enough for the moon+cirrus combination. They ended their observations just a little early. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- NM01 D T/H --:-- --:-- Rt.
