A lightning storm showed up in the area at 03:40 with some sprinkles shortly afterwards. By twilight it had cleared again so I reopened so they could get a little more data. However by 0505 the clouds returned and the observer gave in. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 22:41 Echelle -227(-67) 125 75 12.0/15.1 125 25 clear 2.49 01:40 GrIm2(f/5) 75(960) 136 59 11.4/11.6 155 19 K 2.0 02:35 GrIm2(f/5) 75(968) 162 65 12.2/12.0 175 18 K 1.21 Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18:01 70 32 14 271 (W) 804 cloudy none 19:01 68 32 7 253 (WSW) 938 cloudy none 20:01 62 31 7 221 (SW) 1063 cloudy none 21:01 61 36 11 174 (S) 1619 cloudy none 22:01 56 44 17 123 (ESE) 2009 mstly clear none 23:01 54 45 22 131 (SE) 3180 clear none 00:01 53 43 21 145 (SE) 1606 clear none 01:01 53 44 20 145 (SE) 1452 prtly cldy none 02:01 54 42 19 162 (SSE) 1156 mstly cldy none 03:01 54 42 15 199 (SSW) 909 mstly cldy lt rain 04:01 55 41 11 185 (S) 1012 mstly clear none 05:01 53 39 13 149 (SSE) 1115 mstly cldy none Note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
