The guider ICC MAC locked up on us during first half. A power down/reboot took care of the problem. No observing time was lost. The 2nd half observer noted the "mystery" stripe in image henn_031001.0001r tonight. Otherwise we had a fairly quite night. I adjusted the focus using the NA2 guider thru the night. Seeing was mostly around 1 arc sec, with the occasional rise higher. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE MODE TIME (SEGDFVO) TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- NM04 O I/S 23:00 23:05 NA2 guider ICC Mac froze ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:41 DISslit -100(968) 88 82 13.3/17.7 180 5 none 1.03 19:45 NA2guider 3210(44210) 89 82 13.3/17.5 183 7 R 0.98 -------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17:01 66 33 8 260 (W) 352 Mst.
