We had a minor problem with GrIm during checkout but resetting the electronics a couple times fixed it (I was dropping one quad of the image). I opened the enclosure around 19:00 and turned the instrument over to tonights observers at 19:50. I was going to try and grab a quick S-H image (or two) but it seems the S-H machine went down and Craig had just left the facility about 10 mins prior (he would have been on the road so I couldn't have contacted him via phone). We focused GrIm around 20:10 with EXCELLENT seeing. 0.54 arc sec in J!!!
