 Observing Specialist: Noel Camron Hastings
 We opened at 19:30 MDT tonight under partly cloudy skies. All systems
 started up without trouble. The second half UW program was plagued with
 many computer problems due to another hacker, so I ran most of the
 observations from APO. We did get good science and no time was lost and
 hopefully UW will get things back online for Bruce tomorrow.
