The storms faded but clouds remained, and they finally dispersed after 01:00 MDT. I was able to open at 01:15 MDT. The sky was fairly decent until we neared twilight, but were able to remain open despite the thickening clouds. Seeing was poor, but data was gathered. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE TIME S/E/G/D/O TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 01:28 Echelle -100(99) 196 31 14.2/15.1 107 11 - 1.7 --------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18:01 64 42 9 273 (W) 1415 cloudy rain 19:01 57 40 14 299 (WNW) 10093 cloudy rain 20:01 55 40 17 14 (NNE) 1611 cloudy rain 21:01 59 37 10 9 (N) 1152 cloudy rain 22:01 61 37 18 72 (ENE) 1078 cloudy none 23:01 61 35 8 84 (E) 966 cloudy none 00:01 59 38 8 88 (E) 965 cloudy none 01:01 57 37 9 88 (E) 942 ptly cldy none 02:01 57 41 9 96 (E) 993 mstly clr none 03:01 56 42 14 125 (SE) 924 mstly clr none 04:01 56 42 16 151 (SSE) 944 mstly clr none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
