All systems started up smoothly and without problems. Moderate wind from the east hampered seeing somewhat, but all programs ran smoothly and a lot of data was obtained. We did have a Echelle slit camera crash late in second half but did not lose time due to the crash. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE TIME S/E/G/D/O TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:07 DIS Slit -150(999) 62 81 19.4/21.0 75 18 none 1.31 21:12 NA2 Gdr -1252(964) 63 82 19.3/20.9 73 19 R 1.29 02:00 Echelle 66(139) -49 81 15.8/16.1 76 18 ND1 1.16 --------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 75 19 6 244 (WSW) 981 ptly cldy none 17:01 73 19 5 60 (ENE) 972 ptly cldy none 18:01 71 20 3 7 (N) 869 ptly cldy none 19:01 71 21 2 47 (NE) 905 ptly cldy none 20:01 67 27 11 67 (ENE) 634 mstly clr none 21:01 65 27 16 68 (ENE) 640 mstly clr none 22:01 65 28 20 73 (ENE) 535 mstly clr none 23:01 63 27 19 72 (ENE) 630 mstly clr none 00:01 62 27 17 81 (E) 603 mstly clr none 01:01 61 28 23 73 (ENE) 709 mstly clr none 02:01 60 28 18 74 (ENE) 919 mstly clr none 03:01 60 27 9 77 (ENE) 884 mstly clr none 04:01 62 27 12 63 (ENE) 815 mstly clr none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
