We just got the instrument focus rechecked and started focusing the guider when the clouds moved in and stopped any observations. The clouds thinned around 23:15 and we tried to get some science again. Clouds moved back in around 03:40 and the GrIm ICC crashed when the observer was trying to take darks at 04:38. No more data was taken for the remainder of the night. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE TIME S/E/G/D/O TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:25 SPIcam 150(908) -23 70 7.8/9.0 247 8 R 0.98 20:58 SPIcam 50(856) 134 46 7.4/8.4 227 15 R 1.25 23:21 SPIcam 150(902) 121 47 7.5/7.5 264 13 R 1.09 23:31 NA2gdr 573(61573) 123 49 7.4/7.4 244 15 R 1.20 01:10 GrIm 170(728) 118 65 7.0/7.1 263 9 J 0.76 --------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17:01 51 6 14 266 (W) 1053 Mst.
