Povilas was taking cals earlier in the day and Varsha started her biases and cals shortly after sunset. Seeing was fairly good at just under 1 arc sec until a cold air mass came in just before 20:00. The seeing rapidly went up to over 2 arc sec and then settled back down for the next hour to 1.5 arc sec. Humidity closed us around 22:00. At 04:20 there was no chance that we would be opening with the fog and precipitation outside so I called it a night and shut down. ------- FAILURE LOG ------- PROG INST FAILURE TIME S/E/G/D/O TI/SHU START FINISH DESCRIPTION ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:52 GFP -75(760) 121 58 6.6/9.0 173 9 B 1.10 18:11 NA2gdr -3731(60268) 126 61 6.6/8.4 176 8 R 1.04 21:18 GFP -125(572) 233 61 4.4/5.6 129 15 B 1.88 --------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 51 34 6 258 (WSW) 215 Mst.
