Switched from SPIcam to DIS at 00:20 just as a front moved across us and had to refocus the instrument twice. I could not slew the telescope via Remark (worked via TCC) during checkout. I restarted the MC which fixed the problem. The UC04 people could not make it tonight to observe so the time was donated to JH02 since one of the observers just happened to still be on site from last nights observing run. The instrument was handed over to the JHU folks at 01:05. ---------------- PROBLEM LOG ---------------- Time Problem/Fix PR# ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 08:30 Remark would not slew the telescope - Restarted MC ---------------- FOCUS LOG --------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:10 SPIcam -50(1576) 237 41 19.0/21.1 235 3 i' 0.71 21:29 NA2gdr 37(60037) 241 38 19.2/20.8 223 7 none 0.84 22:14 SPIcam 50(1692) 249 30 18.9/19.9 253 8 r' 0.94 22:25 NA2gdr 932(60932) 252 27 18.7/19.6 265 6 none 1.20 00:23 DISslit 50(1303) 222 73 16.4/17.8 354 7 none 1.83 00:27 NA2gdr 3554(59554) 224 73 15.7/17.8 74 2 none 1.04 00:38 DISslit -50(1200) 230 71 16.8/17.7 300 5 none 1.04 00:38 NA2gdr 514(56514) 230 71 16.8/17.7 300 5 none 1.05 02:26 DISslit 50(1457) 294 26 16.9/16.9 352 9 none 1.40 02:32 NA2gdr -861(55138) 294 26 16.9/16.9 352 9 none 1.24 --------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 18:01 76 36 7 252 (WSW) 964 Pt.
