 Observing Specialist: Noel Camron Hastings
     Rain and lightning delayed our opening tonight until 23:40 MDT. Upon
opening under partly cloudy skies all ran well. The clouds returned right
at switchover and I closed again. We remained so for the rest of the
night, but the first half program did get some useful data tonight.
