The seeing started out quite good (0.8 arcsec), but soon became variable with spikes greater than 2 arcsec. A lot of the seeing behavior looked like windshake on the telescope, but the wind was only 15 mph. Second half was mostly clear, but also plagued by the unstable seeing. Aside from the weather, everything worked perfectly. There were no guider failures. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:57 DISslit 50(1345) 81 65 15.4/16.2 112 9 - 0.90 20:59 NA2gdr 110(56110) 81 65 15.4/16.1 111 9 none 0.84 01:14 SPIcam 0(1386) 153 49 13.9/14.3 137 14 g' 1.41 --------------- WEATHER LOG ---------------- Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17:01 59 37 21 69 (ENE) 1098 mstly cldy none 18:01 62 37 9 83 (E) 1466 mstly cldy none 19:01 62 34 9 97 (E) 1396 ptly cldy none 20:01 60 33 9 93 (E) 1294 ptly cldy none 21:01 60 31 11 128 (SE) 1466 cirrus none 22:01 61 31 9 117 (ESE) 1527 mstly clr none 23:01 59 33 9 149 (SSE) 1672 ptly cldy none 00:01 58 38 12 154 (SSE) 2039 ptly cldy none 01:01 57 39 13 139 (SE) 2037 mstly clr none 02:01 56 39 6 109 (ESE) 1956 clear none 03:01 56 38 7 135 (SE) 2125 mstly clr none 04:01 56 38 6 88 (E) 1999 clear none 05:01 57 38 3 91 (E) 2074 clear none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
