Seeing was very good, all instruments and telescope running smooth and silk.... The focus jumped around all night. We could not maintain even though temps were very stable, odd, lots of refocusing, but all in all a great night. Switched over at 4:15 for last program, all went well. Good seeing. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 20:45 GFP +050(1333) 164 67 12.9/13.5 025 8 4300A 0.7" 20:55 NA2 Gdr -877(1334) 164 68 12.7/13.1 024 10 none 0.8" 21:35 GFP -050(1196) 193 66 12.1/12.5 353 8 4300A 1.3" 21:37 NA2 Gdr -1100(1196) 196 66 12.2/12.5 300 4 none 0.8" 23:33 GFP 75(1337) 242 50 11.5/11.7 266 1 4300A 0.9" 23:40 NA2 Gdr 1436(1341) 243 49 11.9/11.8 257 1 R 0.9" 00:35 GFP 75(1292) 209 65 11.7/11.9 271 5 4300A 0.9" 00:40 NA2 Gdr -314(1292) 210 64 11.7/11.9 281 6 none 0.8" 03:20 GFP -150(1023) 327 67 10.7/11.2 214 4 4300A 1.0" 03:24 NA2 Gdr -4000(1025) 326 67 10.7/11.2 232 4 none 1.1" 04:35 SPIcam -25(1167) 115 38 10.5/10.6 189 5 r' 1.1" ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 58 24 8 314 (NW) 1054 clear none 17:01 64 22 11 306 (NW) 867 clear none 18:01 59 16 1 275 (W) 808 clear none 19:01 57 12 2 10 (N) 436 clear none 20:01 55 9 9 9 (N) 289 clear none 21:01 55 11 10 18 (NNE) 433 clear none 22:01 53 12 5 354 (N) 473 clear none 23:01 54 14 3 307 (NW) 532 clear none 00:01 55 18 5 296 (WNW) 813 clear none 01:01 55 16 7 311 (NW) 577 clear none 02:01 53 16 2 235 (SW) 646 clear none 03:01 53 16 5 207 (SSW) 693 clear none 04:01 53 21 4 191 (S) 1315 clear none 05:01 50 19 3 207 (SSW) 1202 clear none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
