Cooled dome, instrument ran great all night. Had one failure of IRSC, we think it was due to two commands being sent to the IRSC by different people at once. Craig's fix reset everything and all ran well after that. The 'gmonitor' program gave me some trouble, and perhaps was tied to the earlier IRSC failure. The rest of the night went smoothly, good seeing. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:55 GFP -200(1020) 244 53 10.2/10.9 293 6 4000A 1.5" 20:15 NA2 Gdr -4000(1021) 244 53 10.1/10.8 317 8 none 1.1" 22:45 GFP + 0(1139) -131 58 9.3/ 9.7 306 10 4350A 0.9" 22:57 NA2 Gdr -400(1138) -128 56 8.9/ 9.1 314 9 none 0.9" ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 55 30 6 267 (W) 694 clear none 17:01 58 30 8 270 (W) 610 clear none 18:01 56 30 4 267 (W) 564 clear none 19:01 54 31 10 301 (WNW) 798 clear none 20:01 50 31 11 304 (NW) 1007 clear none 21:01 49 31 10 322 (NW) 888 clear none 22:01 48 29 2 305 (NW) 744 clear none 23:01 47 29 6 313 (NW) 862 clear none 00:01 47 29 7 326 (NW) 1019 clear none 01:01 46 29 7 347 (NNW) 1147 clear none 02:01 44 28 7 346 (NNW) 972 clear none 03:01 44 27 5 326 (NW) 806 clear none 04:01 44 27 4 294 (WNW) 1111 clear none 05:01 43 27 5 266 (W) 1244 clear none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
