Humidity was also in the 70-80% range. We had a computer network glitch, but the problem was quickly solved by Craig and we were closed due to clouds during the time so no observing time was lost. Opened the enclosure around 21:05 and turned the telescope over to the observer at 21:15. Seeing was 1 arc sec a short time after we opened. Clouds moved in fast at 00:20 and I closed the enclosure just as a precaution. Things ran smoothly otherwise all night long. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" --------------------------------------------------------------------- 21:20 GRIM-f/5 0(697) 90 75 1.3/2.5 200 14 J 1.09 21:30 NA2gdr 775(59775) 91 77 1.3/2.3 220 17 none 1.03 ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 38 25 13 202 (SSW) 196 pt. cldy none 17:01 36 27 7 184 (S) 239 pt. cldy none 18:01 35 26 13 192 (SSW) 231 Cloudy none 19:01 33 26 15 208 (SSW) 232 Cloudy none 20:01 34 21 10 196 (SSW) 444 pt. cldy none 21:01 35 22 14 202 (SSW) 324 pt. cldy none 22:01 34 22 20 212 (SSW) 374 mstl clr none 23:01 36 22 20 205 (SSW) 413 mstl clr none 00:01 35 24 13 205 (SSW) 252 pt. cldy none 01:01 35 25 16 210 (SSW) 235 mstl clr none 02:01 35 24 19 214 (SW) 227 pt. cldy none 03:01 36 22 19 209 (SSW) 259 pt. cldy none 04:01 33 22 16 234 (SW) 280 pt. cldy none 05:01 32 23 15 226 (SW) 361 Cloudy none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
