PR was submitted and Craig also spent several hours diagnosing things. The tertiary was left in an unknown position and will be worked on tommorow. It could have been moved to a known position but Craig and Jon wanted it left if there wasn't any chance of opening tonight (there wasn't). We could not open due to lightning, clouds, high humidity and snow. We also had a close lightning strike around 19:15 tonight. The snow program was started around 20:45 with lt. snow falling all night long and becoming heavier towards the morning. Russet did not come in tonight for 2nd half due to unsafe road conditions. I did the LN2 fills for her at the end of the night. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" --------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 39 30 16 130 (SE) 795 Clouds lt. snow 17:01 36 31 17 122 (ESE) 787 Clouds lt. snow 18:01 36 32 22 145 (SE) 1605 Clouds lt. snow 19:01 35 31 11 96 (E) 1531 Clouds lt. snow 20:01 31 30 2 349 (NNW) 245 Clouds lt. snow 21:01 30 30 10 302 (WNW) 208 Clouds lt. snow 22:01 28 28 9 314 (NW) 0 Clouds lt. snow 23:01 28 25 16 229 (SW) 253 Clouds none? 00:01 26 25 7 267 (W) 171 Clouds lt. snow 01:01 26 25 10 244 (WSW) 0 Clouds lt. snow 02:01 25 24 9 241 (WSW) 0 Clouds fog 03:01 24 24 11 241 (WSW) 0 Clouds lt. snow 04:01 25 23 8 232 (SW) 13 Clouds snow 05:01 24 23 10 267 (W) 2 Clouds snow note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
