I did exercise the telescope a bit with the shutters closed since it has sat dormant for quite a few days. The rain sensor continues to perform wonderfully. We had power fluctuations during first half, but there was no loss of utility power. ****** OBSERVER COMMENTS ****** --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ----------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" --------------------------------------------------------------------- #First temp is air, second temp is telescope structure. ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 60 48 8 172 (S) 1984 cloudy none 17:01 60 48 8 131 (SE) 2118 cloudy rain 18:01 61 45 6 182 (S) 2127 cloudy none 19:01 58 49 9 175 (S) 2149 cloudy none 20:01 59 46 12 181 (S) 2237 cloudy rain 21:01 58 44 11 180 (S) 1975 cloudy rain 22:01 58 42 11 181 (S) 955 cloudy none 23:01 58 45 12 179 (S) 1736 cloudy none 00:01 57 47 14 183 (S) 1905 cloudy rain 01:01 54 49 14 162 (SSE) 2067 cloudy rain 02:01 52 48 14 156 (SSE) 1535 cloudy none 03:01 53 44 10 176 (S) 1230 cloudy none 04:01 54 43 9 170 (S) 867 cloudy none 05:01 56 41 7 170 (S) 990 cloudy none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
