Observing Specialist: McMillan
Rain, lightning, clouds, and humidity kept us closed.  The good news
was that our weather warning systems worked very well; the lightning
warnings, the precipitation sensor, and even the El Paso Nexrad were
all up, enabling us to monitor the rain as it hung around for hours.
First half was originally scheduled for NM05, but was given to NM07 by
an official swap request.  An unofficial offer was made to give open
but non-photometric time to UW03, but this turned out to be a moot
point.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary mirrors in place and collimated.
Primary support system operational.  Mirror ventilation system in
