I closed the enclosure around 16:00 to do my test slews with the telescope while the sun was still above the horizon. The telescope was turned over to UW08 at 18:54. Observing Specialist, 2nd Shift: Noel Camron Hastings Everything was running smoothly when I got here and remained that way for the rest of the evening. The cirrus moved in late, making the observing impossible for the UW team. Up until then they obtained a lot of useful data it seems. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:55 SPIcam -100(432) 103 65 -2.9/-2.6 265 12 r 1.50 19:00 Echelle -17(-545) 7 62 -2.8/-3.3 266 8 none 1.18 22:11 Echelle 84(-400) -31 51 -2.1/-3.3 279 14 none 1.11 ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 31 18 2 212 (SSW) 364 Lt.
