Observing Specialist, 2nd Shift: Jack Dembicky Cloudy when I arrived as well as high humidity. Russet went up to clean some condensation off SPICAM and notices more stuff had formed on the chip itself that was not visible until the condensation on the front window was removed. The folks at UW took some flats to see what change has taken place and if it is significant. During shutdown the enclosure rotation controller tripped (1 red/1 green led on left side of box, AZ drives would not operate). I reset controller and this fixed the problem. Condensation has again formed on the SPICAM window since midnight. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El #Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 37 37 19 211 (SSW) 133 mstly cldy none 17:01 35 35 10 215 (SW) 199 ptly cldy none 18:01 34 33 13 193 (SSW) 235 mstly clr? none 19:01 35 33 20 202 (SSW) 376 mstly clr? none 20:01 35 34 14 213 (SSW) 656 mstly clr? none 21:01 36 34 13 202 (SSW) 700 mstly clr? none 22:01 35 34 19 203 (SSW) 447 ptly cldy none 23:01 36 35 18 205 (SSW) 253 mstly cldy none 00:01 36 35 17 208 (SSW) 315 cloudy none 01:01 37 36 17 195 (SSW) 14 cloudy none 02:01 37 37 19 183 (S) 96 cloudy fog 03:01 37 37 25 198 (SSW) 9 cloudy frz. rain 04:01 35 35 36 210 (SSW) 23 cloudy fog note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
