I did test slews with the telescope at startup (with slit and mirror covers closed) and everything seemed to be in working order. When I removed DIS from the telescope at the end of the night, the filter wheel door was open of which I closed. Only biases and cals were taken by the observers tonight. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El #Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 43 34 0 269 (W) 604 cloudy none 17:01 37 34 5 102 (ESE) 707 cloudy lt. rain 18:01 35 33 14 89 (E) 840 cloudy lt. rain 19:01 34 32 10 103 (ESE) 411 cloudy lt. rain 20:01 34 33 15 81 (E) 331 cloudy lt. rain 21:01 34 33 16 54 (NE) 42 cloudy lt. rain 22:01 35 33 27 112 (ESE) 29 cloudy lt. rain 23:01 34 33 19 109 (ESE) 43 cloudy lt. rain 00:01 35 32 18 124 (SE) 26 cloudy lt. rain 01:01 36 33 16 134 (SE) 66 cloudy lt. rain 02:01 34 33 24 122 (ESE) 2 cloudy lt. rain 03:01 35 34 16 133 (SE) 40 cloudy rain 04:01 36 35 18 144 (SE) 41 cloudy rain note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
