UC04 used the time with the Echelle that was originally allocated to PU04 tonight since SPIcam is currently at UW undergoing repairs. I started DIMM at 17:30. Clouds appeared at 21:40 and seem to be fast moving, but lots of them at times. I closed the enclosure at 22:35 due to clouds. Observing Specialist, 2nd Shift: Russet McMillan With clouds overhead for almost all of second half, the telescope was never re-opened. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El #Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 17:55 Echelle 6 (-460) 19 62 -3.0/-18 234 14 ND1 1.54 ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 32 10 6 260 (W) 342 Ptly Cldy none 17:01 28 5 7 266 (W) 344 Clear none 18:01 27 12 9 209 (SSW) 424 Clear none 19:01 26 13 12 202 (SSW) 526 Clear none 20:01 27 5 9 268 (W) 364 Clear none 21:01 27 6 6 267 (W) 374 Clear none 22:01 27 8 7 311 (NW) 435 Ptly Cldy none 23:01 27 8 11 274 (W) 433 Cloudy none 00:01 27 9 11 267 (W) 444 cloudy none 01:01 27 9 9 264 (W) 455 cloudy none 02:01 27 11 7 263 (W) 470 cloudy none 03:01 27 11 10 265 (W) 498 cloudy none 04:01 27 13 10 273 (W) 486 cloudy none 05:01 27 16 11 268 (W) 529 cloudy none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
