The only difficulty was our known tendency to get image jumps of 3-5 arcseconds during focus updates; we minimized that by making updates only between exposures. Observing Specialist, 2nd Shift: Camron Hastings Second half started with a cloud front and remained so for the remainder of the night. We stayed open and attempted to image through it, but did not accomplish much. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El #Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:18 GFP -25(1165) 120 56 6.6/8.8 182 6 4300 1.11 20:33 GFP 50(1134) 150 68 6.5/7.0 185 12 4300 0.75 00:00 GFP 100(1206) 251 48 6.9/6.5 200 10 4300 0.79 ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 16:01 52 26 13 226 (SW) 355 ptly cldy none 17:01 50 29 9 256 (WSW) 435 ptly cldy none 18:01 45 26 7 197 (SSW) 391 ptly cldy none 19:01 44 25 10 182 (S) 385 clear none 20:01 44 21 9 199 (SSW) 413 clear none 21:01 42 23 10 195 (SSW) 703 clear none 22:01 44 23 15 181 (S) 627 clear none 23:01 44 18 17 177 (S) 816 ptly cldy none 00:01 45 11 14 207 (SSW) 385 ptly cldy none 01:01 45 15 14 210 (SSW) 375 mstly cldy none 02:01 45 14 13 197 (SSW) 366 mstly cldy none 03:01 45 13 15 192 (SSW) 342 mstly cldy none 04:01 42 16 10 177 (S) 451 mstly cldy none 05:01 46 10 15 180 (S) 436 mstly cldy none 06:01 46 24 19 177 (S) 521 mstly cldy none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
