The thin clouds were gone by 20:00 and it remained clear the rest of the night. On-site observer had no problems except for a strange "infinite loop" in remark when he accidentally put in a 0.0 exptime, and it wouldn't let him correct it. Had to reboot Obs2 to clear it. We tried to reproduce the error this morning but were unsuccessful. Also had 3 grim ICC hangs ("error type 1") which required quick reboots of the grim mac. --------------- INSTRUMENT FOCUS LOG ---------------- Air/Truss Wind Time Instrument Focus Az El #Temp-C Dir MPH filt FWHM --------------------------------------------------------------------- 19:30 GrIm f/5 -150(830) 320 66 7.7/9.0 250 03 J 0.9" 21:35 GrIm f/5 -050(865) 39 64 7.1/7.3 250 05 J 0.65" 23:40 GrIm f/5 +075(944) 3 65 7.4/6.9 240 05 Ks 0.75" ------------- WEATHER CONDITIONS ------------ Wind Precip.or Time Temp F Dewp F MPH Direction Dust Sky Conditions ------------------------------------------------------------------ 17:01 52 35 3 270 (W) 191 ptly cldy none 18:01 49 37 9 267 (W) 178 ptly cldy none 19:01 45 37 2 247 (WSW) 246 ptly cldy none 20:01 46 35 9 192 (SSW) 283 clear none 21:01 45 36 7 255 (WSW) 314 clear none 22:01 45 35 4 225 (SW) 290 mostly clear none 23:01 45 34 7 234 (SW) 277 clear none 00:01 45 32 5 252 (WSW) 318 clear none 01:01 45 29 5 268 (W) 287 clear none 02:01 44 32 8 253 (WSW) 337 clear none 03:01 44 32 7 261 (W) 308 clear none 04:01 44 31 5 267 (W) 314 clear none 05:01 44 30 8 251 (WSW) 323 clear none 06:01 44 29 7 261 (W) 294 clear none 07:01 41 30 6 259 (W) 307 clear none note: the wind was coming from the azimuth listed.
