I observed for UW07. Afterwards, Jeff Morgan, Craig Loomis, Frank Deglman, and myself took Shack-Hartmann data. This went every well, with only minor glitches. 2nd half observing specialist: McMillan Second half started out clear with very poor seeing. Clouds began to move in around 03:30, and we closed at 05:10 due to clouds. Some useful data was obtained, although the signal was low due to the loss from seeing and the fluctuating air temperatures which degraded focus. We also saw some examples of windshake moving the telescope up to 10 arcsec when pointed at high altitude near a 25 mph wind. We lost some time due to a need to re-home the gratings after the first exposure came out wrong, and * a mysterious deadlock in the TCC that caused tracking to stop for unknown reasons.
