I observed for PU05, and Gordon Richards observed for UC07. We had sub-arcsecond seeing early in the evening, but this was spoiled by image motion due to the telescope. About half of the images taken for PU05 were dumbbell shaped. 2nd half observing specialist: McMillan Second half remained clear, with very stable weather and fairly good seeing. We did see some examples of doubled and smeared images on the DIS slitviewer at times when no offset had been commanded. Some variation was noticeable in the PMSS voltage in all sectors, although most of it was low enough that it might have been noise. OBSERVER COMMENTS J. Holtzman (NM04): Things went smoothly with DIS second half. It would be nice to have a working guide camera and a better slit viewing camera!
