Had a problem when re-opening the IDL monitor window.* It took on the order of half an hour to "catch up" with the evening's activities. Noticed in some of the first slit viewer images on a given object that the scope was still moving, even though the computer indicated, (graphically and verbally) that it was done.* The movement went away after a few slit viewer frames (couple of minutes). Telescope was closed at 06:15. OBSERVER COMMENTS a beautiful night, very productive. minor amount of lost time due to difficulties with guider (reported). give me weather like this tomorrow!
