Observing specialist: Russet McMillan
The telescope was not opened tonight due to clouds, rain, and high
humidity.  The first part of the evening was occupied in tests of
SPIcam, which is now operational but still needs some work to replace
a corrupted EEPROM.  The tertiary was still giving apparently spurious
error messages, even after being homed several times.
