Aside from a brief attempt during twilight, the telescope was only open from 22:35 to 23:50. Much of that time was taken up by trying to focus GRIM through patchy clouds. Shortly after we closed again, a thunderstorm approached from the south. Although we didn't get any heavy rain, the clouds and threat of precipitation kept us closed for the rest of the night. * The tertiary, newly fixed, was giving error messages every time the autocollimation routine sent out a command. When tested, it appeared to move correctly both in rotation and in tip/tilt -- however, we didn't have the opportunity to test it on the sky in the echelle position, so it's still possible the tip/tilts were actually off. At NA2, the tertiary seemed fine on the sky.
