We had some patchy high clouds for part of the evening. These didn't interfere with the two spectroscopy programs (UW03 and WS02). The sky cleared by 23:00. UC05 and UW08 swapped their scheduled time slots. No problems to report. I think it was a good evening for both observers. 2nd Half Observing Specialist: N.C.Hastings The instrument change went quick, but then our first images were all twice as long in one direction for some reason. Later I realized that these strange looking images were most likely due to the saturation of GRIM. I forgot that GRIM saturates at 18k in .fits images due to the 10k subtraction. The UC program had no trouble and all went smoothly although they also reported elongated images. We tried to work out some causes but found none obvious. Their images were usable, just going to be more reduction time involved.
