Kevin Krisciunas observed for UW02, with SPIcam, and Michael Strauss, Xiaohui Fan, and Jill Knapp observed for PU04 with DIS. 2nd half observing specialist: McMillan Second half remained very cirrusy, but never so cloudy that we needed to close. The windspeed nearly reached the limit shortly after midnight, then quieted down a little afterward. The PI for UC09 was not aware that he had time, so there was some delay before he was ready to observe. He decided to use the echelle rather than DIS, and we started out with service observing until his preparations were complete. He plans to use DIS tomorrow as well, and I advised him to submit a swap form.
