We ran the snow program for several hours, although wind was light and blowing snow at a minimum. The previous night's difficulty with the echelle shutter could not be repeated during the day, but a setup was made to control the shutter by hand in case it got stuck. * Unfortunately, a new problem appeared during mid-evening with the echelle readout ending prematurely. After attempt at diagnosis by Craig, Karen, Frank, and Dale Sandford via long-distance consultation, the echelle was declared not working at 22:30. Further work will be carried out tomorrow.
