A large system of clouds slid by just to the south of the observatory. We caught the high clouds on the edge of this system, so scattered Moonlight was a problem for the observers. I was the observer for UW03. This run went very smoothly and the targets were bright enough that the clouds didn't pose much of a problem. Don York was the observer for UC02. We didn't encounter any problems during his run, other than the clouds and Moonlight. Fortunately his targets were also bright. 2nd Half Observing Specialist: N.C.Hastings Sky was very cloudy and very bright. We could not even see some of the dimmer objects. Shot through hole for the rest of the night with average results UW08 began on time. No problems, just bright clouds...All night.
