I had to close at 20:15 MDT, shortly after twilight flats were finished. A dense rainshaft appeared over Alamogordo. I decided to close until that dissipated. I was able to reopen at 21:45 MDT but the humidity remained a little high. COMMENTS:Jerry Kriss, Zlatko Tsvetanov, and Randy Telfer After a short delay due to nearby showers, Karen opened the dome and we started observing. Seeing wasn't so great, only about 1.5" FWHM. Got decent r, i, and z images of four fields surrounding z~2 BAL QSOs. Signed off Spicam at ~0115. I had to close at 01:15 due to heavy clouds and impending rain. It began raining at 01:45, and stayed humid all through the rest of the evening. The skies started clearing around 05:30, but the humidity was still jumping around.
