All of tonight was given to engineering. I was able to start the GUIDER, focus it, and guide for 10 minutes. The focus frame was partially blocked by the baffle, but the guided images were not. I focused SPICAM, the files are:focus803.0001-.0003. I began an instrument block for the GUIDER. As I started with the rotation values, the thick clouds rolled in, and I could no longer get an image. At this time I saw lightning very close by and closed. This was at 1:00. I have applied the first half of the instrument block data for the guider. I reopened the cloud cam around 2:30, but the sky stayed overcast with thick cloud cover for the rest of the evening. I found that I could not open the louvers or turn on the fans or the lights in the TCC. Spicam did not send out a message when it began to warm. Also, the catalog look up for st in REMARK 2.42 does not work. It works for sao only. I have bias subtracted all the Lamp spectra I took. Forecast:(4:30am) .TODAY...PARTLY CLOUDY EARLY MORNING. MOSTLY CLOUDY REMAINDER OF THE DAY WITH A GOOD CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS. EAST AND NORTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH. .TONIGHT...MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF SHOWERS. EAST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH. .WEDNESDAY...MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH A GOOD CHANCE OF SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS.
