After focusing the visiting instrument, Dan Long was available to attempt implementing a new Instrument block. We had to close at 20:20 due to extreme dust. We reopened at 21:50. Once again, working on the instrument block data from 21:55-2:15. Sean Casey and company were on site and the UC07 program preempted the other programs for the evening. Comments:Everything went well. APO staff went to extra efforts in assisting with our instrument alignment. Observations of bright stars at JHKLM for calibrations-diffraction limited images at L. Attempts to observe Eagle Nebula. Excellent results overall.
