Gordon Richards and his group were on hand for the Adler run. They were using GRIM2 for Gamma Ray burst observations. Asantha Cooray continue the observations with GRIM2 and then switched to SPICAM at 00:30. This was his first time using SPICAM, and I helped him get started and he seemed to continue on with no problems. Comments:The first half of the night was spent on the reported radio/optical transient of the GRB980329 with GRIM II imaging in K-band down to about 22 magnitudes, to put a limit on the transient K-band magnitude. The data were taken for the U. of Chicago GRB team. The second half of the night was spent observing a medium redshift galaxy cluster field with SPICAM to determine the feasibility of conducting a weak-lensing project of galaxy clusters with SPICAM at APO. The seeing was around 1.8" (FWHM) for the SPICAM data. We didnot encounter any problems during the night, except for few extra time to familiarize with SPICAM operations.
