I was the observer for the Lens Monitoring run. I observed 0957 and AR CVn. Seemed to go fine. Gene Magnier and Brooke Skelton were the observers for UW04. Comments:except for some weather problems last night, we had a very successful pair of nights. Spicam worked great, the guider seemed to work fine, the seeing was about 1.0-1.2" tonight and the sky was photometric. last night we noticed some problems with the DIS windows in Remark. In the boxes to set the wavelengths of the two gratings, there is a bug such that you can't type in the whole number. if you highlight each digit individually you can change them one by one, otherwise you have to use the arrow to advance through the digits. clearly there is a bug that should be fixed. Alan Diercks had the second half of the evening. We encountered high winds, forcing me to close for an hour (2AM-3AM). At 1:55, the Guider Mac died*. I tried getting it restarted but could not. Comments:Things went pretty smoothly except for the guider failure.
