The telescope was not opened, due to poor weather.  The afternoon was
windy and dusty, the evening was cloudy and humid.  Now it is snowing
hard.  Accumulation so far is about an inch.
We had planned to observe the weekend's second GRB, but could not due
to the weather.
The scheduled observers were Ted Wyder for UW06, with Eric Deutsch for
the GRB observation, and myself for PU01.

Primary, secondary, and tertiary mirrors in place and collimated.
Primary support system operational.  Mirror ventilation system in
place.  Telescope drives operational.  Current Remark version: 2.39.
